The San Jose City Times published 39 stories for the spring semester, one of its lowest outputs in three years and only about 20 percent of its pandemic semester (Spring 2020) numbers. Only Fall 2021 was lower, and even then by just one story.

But it was true to campus coverage with 97.4 percent focusing on campus, second highest percentage in the state. It was eighth (57.9 percent) in news stories and seventh in campus news (55.3 percent).

It was low on campus sports (n. 4), but was strong in campus governance stories (n. 9, 16th).

Half of all stories were posted on Mondays and evenings were the most likely time of day (39.5 percent). It posted 25.0 percent of possible days, below state average.

The publication drew 23.8k per month.
